All items purchased during the warehouse sale are considered final sale. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on any warehouse sale items.

Full Price

Arthur Galan offers store credit, exchanges, or refunds via your original payment method for all full-priced clothing, provided that all return conditions are met.

Sale

Sale items are eligible for size exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available on sale items.

Final Sale

All items marked as Final Sale are considered non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. By purchasing a Final Sale item, you agree that the sale is permanent.


All returned items must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Items are in original condition
  • Have not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
  • Have all original tags, stickers & packaging
Returns shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs of returned goods – except in the case of faulty goods or incorrect supply.
