DELIVERY POLICY
After ordering on www.arthurgalan.com.au online you will receive an email confirmation from Arthur Galan AG containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes after ordering. We will attempt to send your products via Australia Post Express Post within 1-5 working days. We make every effort to dispatch as quickly as we can, however our delivery times are estimates only and are governed by the Postal system, public holidays etc. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from date of dispatch. We cannot be held accountable for late deliveries, loss or damage relating to a delivery. Remote locations sometimes can take a little longer. Arthur Galan AG cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses, so please ensure the correct address is entered as once submitted the address cannot be redirected.

Arthur Galan AG uses Australia Post Express Post on all local orders. For estimated delivery times please visit Australia Post. Flat rate of $15 per order and any order over $100 is free shipping.

We deliver worldwide. Arthur Galan AG offers TNT International Service. All orders cost a flat rate of $40.
